Now what?
Every newly appointed caregiver wishes to
make the “right” decisions, the “best”
choices, but uncertainty of where to begin
and the tremendous sense of responsibility
can be overwhelming, to say the least. These
are certainly not the best circumstances to be
making such monumental decisions.
Whether the need is nursing home or in-home
care, assistance locating a support group or
your own health and wellness needs, The
Phoenixville Hospital Senior Resource Center is
here for you.
The Senior Resource Center’s
primary goal is to provide “person-centered”
guidance – information and resources to assist
seniors and their caregivers in navigating the
uncertain terrain of their unique aging
process. Wellness programs and health
screenings, which promote positive aging of
mind, body and spirit, are offered as well.
We are here to assist you
