Cardiac Rehab at Phoenixville Hospital
Our Program
Our program is designed to help people with cardiovascular conditions or those who have had heart surgery achieve their optimal level of health and fitness. Structured exercise programs are designed to meet each person's special lifestyle needs and exercise goals. Workout sessions are generally scheduled two to three times a week in our new cardiovascular rehabilitation center at Phoenixville Hospital. Programs are based on each participant's current fitness level. Exercise sessions are monitored and medically supervised by a professional staff with specific training in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and exercise physiology.
