Visitor Information

With a dedicated, caring staff, Phoenixville Hospital offers you the best possible care right in your own neighborhood. Our team of physicians, nurses and health care providers have been trained at some of the most prominent medical centers in the country.

Visiting Hours

Medical/Surgical Unit
Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitors may obtain a patient's room number by stopping at the information desk located in the hospital lobby.

Intensive Care Unit
If a patient is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), visiting is limited to immediate family or significant others. Visits of five minutes are recommended and visitation will depend on the patient's condition. Visitor's will be instructed by information desk personnel to proceed to the ICU's nursing station to learn the patient's visiting hour status before proceeding to the patient's room.

Maternity
Fathers of newborn babies are permitted to visit from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Relatives and friends may visit from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Grandparents may visit from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and siblings may visit between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Visitors other than siblings must be 14 years of age or older.

Cafeteria Services

The Cafeteria is located on the first floor. Lunch is served from 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., and dinner is served from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The Snack Bar is located on the first floor and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The Snack Bar is closed on Sunday.

A vending area, located across from the Information Desk on the first floor, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please remember that Phoenixville Hospital is a smoke free institution.
